Absolutely! You set your budget parameters for an individual or group and let us handle the rest. We’ll reach out to the gift receiver to create that special experience, and we’ll let you know when the planning and execution have been completed.

How much time in advance do I need to customize a gift?

Some simple and popular customizations may take anywhere from a day to a week or two, depending on the level of the customized feature, and some popular customization options may indicate the lead time needed during the ordering process, but we always suggest that you let us know of about these as soon as possible, but we will always do everything to accommodate you.

Can you do overseas gift delivery?

We have vendors and gift delivery services located in many cities around the world and can accommodate gift delivery through standard delivery service companies. If special gift delivery services are needed by our handlers, we will work with you to see what services we currently have available in that city.

Is there a fee for rush delivery?

We can accommodate certain rush delivery to be made by end of day, next day and within 48 hours for a surcharge. The cost will be provided at the time of your order.

What happens if the receiver is not available to receive the gift?

We will do everything in our power to deliver the gift as scheduled. Our Gift Solutions Team may contact you, if our gift delivery attempts are unsuccessful, so that we can work out an alternative delivery solution.

How do I become a Bunchful vendor?

We welcome top quality brands that would like to join the Bunchful network of vendors. At present, we are highly focused on corporate gift giving, and look for brands and products that fit well within those criteria. We give priority to brands that do good for their community or the world at large and we are always on the lookout to feature their amazing stories.
